intervals.icu MCP server

Lets Claude read your training, wellness and fitness data and plan workouts on your intervals.icu calendar.

1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
2. Paste this URL: https://www.intervals.kilianhendrickx.be/mcp
3. Click Connect and enter your intervals.icu athlete ID and API key (intervals.icu → Settings → Developer Settings).

Each person connects with their own intervals.icu account. To remove your stored key and revoke all access, use disconnect.
